Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for SEO standard and SEO Premium packages only *new sign-ups and renewals.
2. Limited to the first 15 sign-ups, on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Each eligible package qualifies for one lucky draw entry. Clients signing up or renewing multiple are eligible
4. Packages may receive multiple entries accordingly.
5. Employees of Innovative Hub and their immediate family members must declare their relationship prior to participation. Eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Existing clients with overdue invoices must settle all outstanding payments before qualifying for this promotion.
7. New clients receive 5% discount; renewal clients receive 10% discount.
8. Each eligible sign-up may choose ONE free value-added: 5 Star Kickstart Kit OR Market & Competitor Analysis Report.
9. Lucky Draw eligibility requires full payment. Accepted payment methods: (a) one-time full payment. (b) completed 50% + 50% payment, or (c) credit card installment arrangement.
10. Upon full payment confirmation, the client will receive a unique login to access the online lucky draw portal.
11. The prize is revealed immediately upon draw.
12. Prizes are randomly assigned from the remaining prize pool at the time of draw.
13. Lucky draw prizes can only be delivered to addresses within Malaysia.
14. Prizes will be delivered within 7 working days (Klang Valley) or 14 working days (outstation, via courier).
15. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
16. Winners will be contacted via email, Whatsapp, or phone call within 3 working days to arrange delivery.
17. Innovative Hub reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value.
18. If a client cancels or requests a refund after participating in the lucky draw, the retail value of the prize won (as per official purchase invoice) will be deducted from any refund amount.
19. Sign-up deadline: 13 February 2026. Payment deadline: 31 March 2026. Campaign ends when all 15 slots are filled or by the sign-up deadline, whichever is earlier.
20. Innovative Hub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
